The relationship between hostile U.S. policy toward Israel, and natural disasters soon afterward.
The first person, I’m aware of, who pointed this out was John P. McTernan in his book, “As America has done to Israel.”
This phenomenon is the manifestation of a promise God made to Abraham in Genesis 12:3.
I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” ~ Genesis 12:3
Genesis 12:3 is but one example of the repeated, persistent warnings God gives throughout the Bible that the Jewish people are his own people, and the nation of Israel is his own nation, and that he will tolerate hostility toward neither.
In Isaiah 43:12, God states about the Jewish people, “You are my witnesses…that I am God.” In that one poignant verse, we see the motivation behind Satan’s relentless campaign throughout human history to wipe out the Jews. From Ahmadinejad to Hitler to Haman and everyone in between, history’s illogical and inexplicable hostility toward the Jewish people is Satan’s attempt to, simply put, kill the witnesses. The only thing more illogical than the historical recurrence of nations trying to annihilate the Jews is the fact that none has been successful at it! Nor will anyone ever be successful at it. God assures us that although the Jewish people will undergo the worst persecution, they will never be wiped out. He also assures us that any people who try it, or aid it, will pay a price.
Last year, I did some research for a Messianic Jewish friend who was interested in occurrences of the natural disasters phenomenon that didn’t make it into McTernan’s book. A Messianic Jew is a Jewish person who became a Christian by accepting Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, which is Hebrew for “Jesus the Christ.” This friend of mine was putting together a message to use in his ministry, and he asked me to help with the research. So, I started digging. My research showed me, yet again, that the Bible is always proven true. Here is a small sample of what I found:
February 1, 2011
The streets of Egypt have been erupting with violence and demonstrations instigated by the Muslim Brotherhood, which has vowed to destroy Israel. President Hosni Mubarak barely holds on to power.
Mubarak is a U.S. ally. Under Mubarak, Egypt and Israel have enjoyed a 30-year truce, and Egypt sealed its border with Gaza, preventing the Muslim Brotherhood within Egypt from aiding Hamas in Gaza. Hamas is an offsho0t of the Muslim Brotherhood, and has also vowed to destroy Israel.
That day, February 1, seeing no hope, President Hosni Mubarak announces he will not seek re-election.
The door opens for the Muslim Brotherhood to take over a nation that possesses a modern military, and has had a long history of peace with Israel.
U.S. President Barack Obama announces his support for the Muslim Brotherhood having a role in Egypt’s new government.

America is hit with a monster 2,000-mile-long snowstorm.
Many towns have snowfall approaching or exceeding all-time records.
Blizzard conditions blind many major cities.
In many locations, power is out, the mail stops, schools close, airports and trains shut down.
The National weather service calls the storm is “if not unprecedented,” then “extraordinarily rare.”
At least 36 deaths are reported.
April 27, 2011
Fatah, the ruling faction of the Palestinian Authority (which is funded by the U.S.) announces a partnership with rival Hamas.
Fatah and Hamas will form a joint government.
Hamas has in its charter the words, “the time will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews and kill them; until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: Oh Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him!”
Two years prior, The Obama administration says it would like U.S. funding to the Palestinian Authority to continue even if it merges with Hamas, which has vowed to destroy Israel. Today, this merger becomes reality.
U.S. tax dollars will go to an organization that actually has Jew killing in its charter.
That very day…
208 tornadoes (yes, 208!!!) touch down across multiple states, the most ever recorded in a single day. 316 people are killed. Four of these tornadoes are EF5 tornadoes, the strongest possible. The U.S. typically sees just one EF5 tornado in an entire year!
April 27 was part of the larger 2011 Super Outbreak of April 25-28. This was an extremely rare, massive, and violent tornado outbreak.
The Outbreak occurred as Hamas and Fatah finalized their partnership, and it’s severity culminated on the day the partnership was announced.

Islamic Fundamentalism rises to power as the dominant political force in Iran. President Jimmy Carter not only does nothing to stop it, but sympathetic remarks made by Carter’s people encourage the Islamic Revolution, and fan the flames of anti-Jewish hatred.
In February of 1979, James Bill, a Carter advisor, remarked that Ayatollah Khomeini was a man of “impeccable integrity and honesty.” This man of “impeccable integrity” espouses the destruction of Israel (a goal of his nation to this day), gives full aid and comfort to the extremists who raided the U.S. embassy and held Americans hostage for 444 days, and imposes Sharia Law on his people once in power.
Besides supporting the Islamic Revolution, Carter refused to allow the exiled Shah of Iran, an American and Israeli ally, into the U.S. The Shah’s Iran was friendly toward Israel, and supplied much of Israel’s oil. Khomeini’s Iran instantly cut off the oil, and became Israel’s worst enemy.
A campaign of letter writing and phone calls by Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, and Banker David Rockefeller to persuade Carter to grant safe haven to the Shah had failed.
On April 9, 1979, in a last-ditch effort, after a face-to-face meeting with Carter about another matter, Rockefeller hands Carter a letter. The letter details that foreign leaders are disturbed by recent U.S. policy actions like refusing to provide safe haven for a such a loyal ally. “With virtually no exceptions, the heads of state and other government leaders I saw expressed concern about United States foreign policy which they perceived to be vacillating and lacking in an understandable global approach. They have questions about the dependability of the United States as a friend,” the letter read. Carter angrily ended the meeting.

The Red River Valley Tornado Outbreak hits near the Red River Valley in Texas. Tornadoes also occur across the Southern Plains and in the Mississippi River Valley.
The day is known as “Terrible Tuesday” by meteorologists.
59 people are killed.
The Lord is a jealous and avenging God; the Lord takes vengeance and is filled with wrath. The Lord takes vengeance on his foes and maintains his wrath against his enemies. The Lord is slow to anger and great in power; the Lord will not leave the guilty unpunished. His way is in the WHIRLWIND [tornado] and the STORM [including snow storms], and clouds are the dust of his feet. ~ Nahum 1:2-3
