You get the point. Ephraim (America) has a voracious appetite to gather for grain and new wine. Now let’s look at the last part of the verse.

They [Ephraim] gather together for grain and new wine but turn away from me. ~ Hosea 7:14

Ephraim’s propensity to turn away from God is obvious, and I don’t have to post photos to demonstrate it.

  • The Bible has been banned from America’s public schools and public squares.
  • We not only have abortion clinics, but abortion pills!
  • Many American pastors say that Christians and Muslims pray to the same God.
  • Our major cities hold parades to celebrate sin.
  • Our president poses for selfies and plays golf while our citizens and Christians from other nations are being beheaded by Islamists.

But do not despair! Be encouraged! Please read Part III & Part IV of this series to see why America’s future is bright!

The Bible is always proven true.
