This Elevator Going Down (To Hell)
All inhabitants of the earth [pro-Islamists, this includes Leftists] will worship the beast [Islam] — all whose names have not been written in the book of life belonging to the Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world. ~ Revelation 13:8
Revelation 13:8 states a very simple principle, and one that is more relevant to our time than any time in history. The principle is this: We can tell the saved or unsaved condition of someone’s soul by whether they worship (praise, honor, defend) the beast. So who are these unsaved people whose names are not written in the “book of life”?
Scan the newspaper headlines, or your Facebook page, or flip through the television channels, and you will see people defending Islam’s endless atrocities. They blame it on Bush, global warming, joblessness, SUVs, oil companies, and on and on. In the first breath, they deny Islam is evil at all; and in the next breath they equate Islam with Christianity and point out Christianity’s supposed evils. So which is it? Is Islam not evil at all, or is Islam as evil as Christianity? They cover all their bases. They don’t allow Islam to rise to the cream of the crop of evil, just as they don’t allow Jesus Christ to rise to the cream of crop of divinity. They say Jesus was just another man, if he existed at all; and that Islam is just as evil as Christianity, if Islam is evil at all. These people are worshiping the beast, and they are going to hell.
Yes, these people can convert. God can lead them to the elevator buttons, and give them the good sense to push the “up” button, and they can make the freewill choice to push the “up” button, and be saved– in which case you will hear them defend the victims of genocide instead of the perpetrators. You will hear them tell the truth about Islam. But as it stands right now, these are worshiping the beast and are going to hell.
Men worshiped the dragon [Satan] because he had given authority to the beast [Islam], and they also worshiped the beast and asked, “Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?” ~ Revelation 13:4
Have you seen the television commercial in which celebrities endorse Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran? They say that if the U.S. doesn’t make the deal, we’ll all be dead– “super dead” as one celebrity puts it.
This video, which encapsulates the sheer stupidity of our entertainment class, is a stunning fulfillment of Revelation 13:4, in which people ask “who can make war against him [the beast]?” The U.S. and Israel could annihilate the war machine of the Islamic State of Iran in minutes, but celebrities and politicians bully us into submission by saying that Iran would annihilate us in the process. “Who can make war against him?”
Iran doesn’t even have the military capability to annihilate us… yet.
This Elevator Going Up (To Heaven)
And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast… ~ Revelation 20:4
So exactly whose names are written in the “book of life”? First and foremost are those whose heads are being separated from their bodies (by Islamists) for refusing to deny Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior– such as these Ethiopian and Egyptian Christians.
From there, the list of likely “saved” souls are those people you see in newspaper headlines, and on your Facebook page, and on television, who tell the truth about Islam, rather than worshiping it. Popular American Christian teaching would put to the front of the list of saved souls those people who have merely uttered a profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. But I disagree. There are multitudes in the U.S. who have uttered this profession, yet still defend Islam over Christianity. It is as the Book of James tells us:
…Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do. You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that — and shudder. ~ James 2:18-19
Even the demons know who God is. You mouthed a profession of faith? So what? As James says, “I will show you my faith by what I do.” If you worship the beast, your choice is clear, and so is your eternal destiny.
The Bible is always proven true.
